I lost my account!

If you lost access to your account because it was not registered or it was compromised, we can help recover it. To do that, we need proof that the account belongs to you.

Best verification:

• Receipts from purchases made on the account.

If you do not have receipts, please share any of the following:

• How you originally registered (Email, Facebook, etc.)

• The last time you logged in

• A screenshot of your Lair, even an old one, showing your name, level, rubies, diamonds, and XP

• Your city and country

• Details you remember about your account, such as:

  • Pets you owned or unlocked

  • Friends you added

  • VIP history

  • Number of pet slots

  • The snake skin you were using
