How do I "clear my cookies" or "cache"?

We frequently ask users to clear their cookies or cache to help resolve issues in game. This helps the game fetch new data and is essential when you are playing via the web browser when a new update is available.

Please make sure your account is registered before proceeding! This process will remove all log in information.

Here are instructions for the most popular browsers:

Google Chrome: click on the menu (3 dots below the X to close the window) and select History twice. Then, select "clear all browsing data". This will delete all browsing data from your computer. Alternatively, you can click on the lock next to littlebigsnake.com in the URL bar, select "cookies", then delete the cookies related to littlebigsnake.com

Internet Explorer: Go to Tools > Internet Options, and under Browsing History click the Delete button. 

Firefox: about:preferences#privacy into your URL. Scroll down to Cached Web Content. Click on Clear Now. Click on clear browsing data. Please make sure to select "All Time" for the time range.

Safari: click the Safari options>Preferences>Advanced Tab. At the bottom of the window, select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox. Return to the Safari menu bar and click the Develop option. Select the Empty Caches link.

Edge: Click the Hub icon>Click the History icon>Click the link labeled Clear all history>Check cache>Click the Clear button.
