For whatever reason you may have, we can help you delete your account at the support desk. You will need to message us at: https://littlebigsnake.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Please note that account deletion is a permanent, irreversible action and must be completed by the account owner.
Please include the following information when contacting the support desk:
- Your ID# - how to find this: https://littlebigsnake.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052273733-How-do-I-find-my-account-ID-
- How your account is registered, and if by email, you must contact us from the email used to register the account
- Any receipts you might have from in game purchases
- Your current location (city, country) so we can verify your last sign in location
- Your acknowledgment that this process cannot be undone after you've confirmed and that any paid in-game content will be lost and no refund will be issued.
- Your acknowledgment that you are also responsible for canceling any active subscriptions through your payment method settings. If needed, directions are available: https://littlebigsnake.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/360009266153-Billing
iOS device users can also now delete their account without messaging the support desk!
1. Simply open the Little Big Snake app, make sure you are in the account you wish to delete (and if you are not, find information here on how to sign in to an account: https://littlebigsnake.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360063706173-How-do-I-sign-in-to-a-registered-account-mobile-version-)
2. Next, enter the in game settings, as shown by the yellow arrow:
3. Select "Delete Account"
4. Select "Delete" from the pop up message shown below:
5. If you select delete, your account will be deleted in seven days - this is a permanent action that can not be undone once it is completed, so please be careful!
