How do I change my registration? (Email, Login Method)

How to change it:

1. Open the game.

2. Tap Settings (bottom right).

3. Select Change Registration.

4. Follow the steps to switch your login type (e.g., Google ↔ Email).

Note: You must still be able to log in with your current method to change it.

Lost Access to Your Original Login?

If you can’t log in anymore, contact Support. Provide as much of this info as you can so we can verify your account:

Needed for verification:

• Your LBS ID#

• Your previous login type (Email, Google, etc.)

• Last login date

• Screenshot of your Lair showing:

  • Player name

  • Level

  • Rubies, diamonds, XP

• Your location (city + country)

• Account details (pets owned, friends, skins, VIP, pet slots)

• Purchase proof (a recent receipt with transaction ID or other payment details)

If you need help finding your receipt, just ask. Once verified, we’ll recover your account and update your login.
