How do I reset my password?

If you used Facebook, Twitter, VK, Apple, or Google Authorization to register your account, please check with their systems to reset your password or click on the appropriate button to login.

If you do not know how your account has been registered, please message the support desk (https://littlebigsnake.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).

You can only reset your password for your Little Big Snake log in if you have registered with an email address (NOT Google Authorization) and a password.

If you created an account with an email and password, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the sign in page using these instructions for mobile or web depending on the platform you are using.

2. Select the "EMAIL" option. This will open the prompt to enter your email and password.

2. Select Forgot your pasword? below the login.

2. Type in your email address and select Send.

3. You will receive a link to the specified email.  

4. Go to your email for a message from LittleBigSnake. Open the email and click on the link to reset your password. 

5. Type in your new password, and repeat the new password. Then select Change password.
